Step by step guide for door sensor

Legge til dørsensor på Neat Novo (kan kun gjøres direkte):

1. Have the new door sensor you are going to add ready, insert the battery, and have the sensor turned on with the magnet placed right next to it. Check that the position in the CMP portal is available before deciding which position to use.

2. SINGLE press the on/off button on the security alarm until all 3 main lights in front are lit (service mode).

3. HOLD DOWN the yellow button until you hear "Add transmitter."

4. SINGLE press the red button to confirm.

5. SINGLE press the yellow button to select a position (press once for position 1 (1 beep), press again for position 2 (2 beeps), and so on).

6. TRIGGER the door sensor by moving the magnet away from the door sensor.

   You should now hear a confirmation tone, followed by "range test."

7. SINGLE press the green button to confirm and send the heartbeat

You can check in the CMP Neat portal that the sensor has been added by pressing "synchronize," and then "refresh" on the website.

"Placement information": If several sensors are to be installed in the same residence, it is a good idea to go into the CMP Neat portal afterward and enter information about where the sensors are placed under this tab. All mobile devices should be defined as "no information available."

The time for the active period is added under "active period."

Press "save," and update by pressing "refresh" to ensure that the information has been correctly added.

Other sensors are added to the alarm in the same way by triggering the sensor to simulate an alarm.
